1. Processing Time

All orders are prepared and hand-inspected within 5-7 business days to ensure they meet our elite quality standards before leaving the domain.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Estimates

While shipping is always free, delivery times vary based on your location.

• Domestic (USA): Update the USA estimate to 2-5 business days.

• International: 2-7 business days (depending on customs).

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal spikes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Aura Domain Core is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at edenterrum.store@gmail.com.

6. Missing Items

If your order contains multiple items (such as different sets or individual plush/collectibles), they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure they arrive safely.
